Clementi Family's gas pizza oven is perfect for home or catering use. It takes only 20-30 minutes to reach 400°C, has a cooking area made of fire bricks, and comes with a thermometer, a damper system, and a stainless steel door.
The oven is insulated with 8cm of wool-rock + 2.5cm of ceramic fibre + 3cm of more wool-rock lines on the roof of the pizza oven. This means that slow cooking is achievable with ease in the Clementi.
Made in Italy, this oven is available in three sizes: medium (60x60cm), large (80x60cm), and extra large (100x80cm).
Additionally choose from three colours for the medium and extra large ovens: anthracite, red, and copper.
