Our Story

As a husband and wife team who have worked for other business all of our lives we knew we wanted to setup a business ourselves, not just to escape the 9 to 5 but more than that,  to do something that aligns with our passions, can serve the community and create something that our customers and partners can rely on.

For us, outdoor cooking has always been a big part of our lives.  Some of our greatest memories have been us cooking around a campfire or grill on holiday or just sitting in the garden with friends and family.  This is the heart of The Outdoor Grill Company, helping recreate those all too rare moments  where we're outside amongst the people we love and enjoying food that both nourishes and fills the senses that help cement those moments as memories. 

For us, this isn’t just work, it’s a labor of love, inspired by our shared experiences and a newfound appreciation for what truly matters in life. We're excited to turn this love for outdoor cooking into something we can share with others.

Our Vision

As a fulfillment specialist (otherwise known as a dropshipper),  for the majority of products we sell, we're of course not involved in the manufacturing process itself.  Our superpower comes from both a high level of curation (itself from a deep understanding of the products we allow on our site) and a level of customer service that we believe will not be matched anywhere else.    

Of course we know things can go wrong, just like we know we can make mistakes -  no product or service can or will be perfect, but it is our hope that both our dedication and years of experience will show through.  Therefore our commitment to both our customers and partners is that we'll go to the ends of the earth to make sure you have the absolute best experience we can provide.
