Available in three sizes (the 80 x 60 being by far the most popular), all Clementi ovens are available as either wood-fired or gas-fired options with three oven colour options available – anthracite, red, copper. The gas version comes with a wood conversion kit which allows you to also cook using kiln dried hardwood logs.
